Why Big Sky

For 32 years I was working to bring cell phones to you and now I want to repair the damage done. I WANT EVERYONE TO LAY IN THE GRASS AND LOOK UP through trees wherever you are. Be amazed. Seriously, the handheld wireless phone was great for working parents but bad for addicted doom scrolling. Be in control not controlled by a little piece of metal. Put it down. Look up at the BIG SKY we all share, be thankful and achieve your goals. Empower yourself to BE the BEST version of yourSELF to succeed. Your Body and Mind can heal itself with proper nutrition and positivity so let's rewire that brain and feed your soul and body.

My Analytical yet SIMPLE Approach

My coaching services include consults to guide you to assess your situation. I plan to help you identify nutritional gaps and opportunities for simple choice changes, mind reset, and goal setting. Our individualized plans are made up of advice, take it or leave it, that will give you options on how to move forward to a more fulfilling life in a healthier body and mind.

Healing modalities

I am JUST getting started and learning every single day. You will do the same. I have tools all over my home: redlight, sound therapy, Dolphin needless acupuncture, Vagal Nerve stim, ionic foot baths, HUME scale, breathwork, Scented Wellness and much more. I'll be sharing as much as I can as I continue to finish my studies, read and listen to books while healing my closest friends and family first and then branch out. It all starts with you.
